For more tasty food ideas, please subscribe: youtube.com/user/eateastindian Ingredients and Recipe details 4 boiled eggs 1 small chopped onion 1 cup diced tomatoes ( i used the jar ones) 1 cup ( 4-5 tbsp) yogurt - we will season this with salt, turmeric, chilly powder, curry masala or garam masala powder, coriander powder 1 small piece of Ginger 1 tbsp garlic 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 2 bay leaves Cilantro for ganish 2-3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil salt, paprika and turmeric for seasoning eggs salt for gravy, turmeric, chilly powder 1. Boil the eggs and then pan fry them with butter as shown in the video until golden brown and then set aside 2. Add oil in the same pan and fry cumin, mustard and bay leaves 3. Add onions, ginger, garlic and mix well. 4. Get yogurt ready with spices. 5. Add diced tomatoes along with onions and cook for 5-6 mins. add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and cup of water. 6. Gradually add yogurt mixture and water and let everything simmer. 7. Add eggs. Mix well with sauce and cook for 4-5 more mins. 8.
